After the lights fade on the battleground of the Crucible, the inaugural clash left one Archon standing. A champion. A Hamburg Atlantean. A Vault Warrior. As the sun rises upon the battleground once more, 48 rugged and tenacious Archons will once again be invited to the playground of the worthy. Invited to battle with the greatest competitors in the land for the opportunity to crown themselves as champion; the new Vault Warrior.

Each player must bring 3 decks. Each of the 3 decks must come from a different set. Only one of the decks can contain the card "Heart of the forest"

There will be no top cut for this event. At the end of 6 rounds of swiss, the top 9 players will qualify for Season 2 of the KFPL
